The North Loop is a district in Minneapolis near the Twins' stadium, Target Field. There's lots of amazing food options in this area, although it's a decent ways from Roseville (about 20 mintues).
General mall nearby, has plenty of food options around the area and an aquarium inside.
Something everyone seems to love to do when they visit the Twin Cities is go to the Mall of America! It's a large mall and a little bit of a drive, but close to the airport.
