Clinkerdagger (right above our venue!) - steakhouse and seafood. This is where we have done all of our special occasion dinners - anniversaries, birthdays, and our engagement celebration dinner! The first time we came here with Colleen and Mike, we witnessed a wedding just below our table - as fate has it, that is now our venue too! Durkin’s Liquor Bar - speakeasy American food. Looking for the best burger of your life? Order the Durkins Famous Double Burger and add Bacon. You're welcome! Vieux Carré - authentic New Orleans food! We cannot recommend the Catfish + Grits enough, take a chance and it will be life-changing! Looking for bar food? Check out The Gilded Unicorn, Purgatory, or Hogwash! Looking for Italian food? Try Tavolata, Italian Kitchen, or Sorella! Looking for Pizza? Try Versalia, South Perry Pizza, or Pacific Pizza! Looking for Mexican? Try Patron on 29th, El Que, or Cochinito Taqueria! Looking for wine? Try Maryhill Winery!
Catch a Spokane Chiefs hockey game! It’s one of our favorite local date nights.
Parks + Outdoors Stroll through Manito Park—especially the Japanese Gardens and Gaiser Conservatory.
Downtown + Riverfront Take a walk through Riverfront Park, ride the Numerica SkyRide gondolas over Spokane Falls, visit the Looff Carousel, or ice-skate outdoors at the Numerica Skate Ribbon. For movie lovers, we highly recommend catching a Dolby Cinema movie at AMC River Park Square. For Families + Kids The Looff Carousel, the giant Red Wagon playground in Riverfront Park, walking along the river, and the Numerica Skate Ribbon are all great options for little ones.
The Wonder Market is an artisan food hall within the Spokane Historic Wonder Building conveniently located between Spokane Arena and Riverfront Park. More than just great food and drinks, Wonder Market brings the fun with a state-of-the-art golf simulator and classic games + kids activites.
Bowl & Pitcher in Riverside State Park is one of our favorite easy scenic hikes, and Comstock Park is perfect for a relaxed walk, pickleball, or letting the kids run around.
For Golfers Check out Wonderground Golf Lounge and Bar in the Wonder Building downtown or The Bogey Room in Spokane Valley for indoor golf and simulator fun.
Page 42 Bookstore, Aunties Bookstore, Jupiter’s Eye Book Café, and 2nd Look Books are some of Kiara’s favorite local spots.
Worth the Drive Coeur d’Alene is only about 35 minutes away and makes for a beautiful day trip with lake views, shopping, and downtown restaurants. Silverwood’s 'Scarywood' in Athol, Idaho is also a fun seasonal option.
