What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code will be wedding casual! Dress in layers and be prepared to walk on grass! Anything goes, from dresses with a topper/coat and fashionable separates to jeans and button down aloha shirts. Our colors are inspired by autumn and are sage, rust/terracotta, gold, deep red/burgundy, dusty rose, warm earthy browns, and golden yellow/mustard.

The air during late October in Misawa usually feels crisp and refreshing with an average high of 62 degrees and low of 48 degrees. We'd recommend wearing layers.

How do you prefer traveling to Misawa?

Answer

We recommend several airport options for reaching Misawa: Haneda, Narita, and Osaka. While we previously used bullet and local trains, we now prefer flying directly, especially from Haneda. A pro tip for travelers: Book your flights to and from Misawa through JAL, as they offer more affordable rates for international visitors. Since most Haneda to Misawa flights have challenging layover times (particularly considering immigration processing), we suggest staying at the Grand Villa Fontaine hotel in Terminal 3. This airport hotel not only provides exceptional convenience but also features a wonderful onsen/spa facility that makes your transit more comfortable and enjoyable.
