Please RSVP as soon as possible but no later than March 15th, 2022
Passports - Please make sure your passport is renewed! Covid-19 - As of December 6th, 2021 all US citizens, regardless of vaccination status, must show a negative COVID-19 test taken no more than 1 day before travel back into the United States. The Conrad Hotel offers testing at the resort with results available the same day. Please arrange your testing time with the concierge via email or when you check in. We've done this at the Conrad and have had zero issues in the past. There are also several at home tests now accepted for international travel (just search Covid at home test for international travel). We recommend and have used the BinaxNOW Home Antigen test when traveling internationally. You would purchase this beforehand and travel with it to Mexico. Please note, all wedding events will be held outside. We'll continue to keep our guests up to date if the international travel rules change.
We love your kids, we really do! But we want our wedding to be your night off. Feel free to bring them for the weekend, but all events will be adults only. If interested in child care, the Conrad offers babysitting services.
If your RSVP includes a guest then yes!
The dress code for the welcome event on Friday is "Beach Cocktail Attire". Think nice dinner at a resort but with a tropical, colorful twist! Ladies - Could be jumpsuit, two piece set, maxi dress, short dress, etc... Guys - Slacks, chinos, linen Pants, short sleeve button up, etc.. We recommend comfortable shoes to handle the cobblestone streets in Sayulita. The dress code for the wedding ceremony & reception is "Beach Formal Attire". Guys: A summer suit with or without a tie. Please no sandals. Ladies: Long, maxi or cocktail length dress. Florals and color encouraged! Be prepared to walk on grass for the ceremony and reception.
We recommended that you bring down cash, specifically pesos if you plan to go explore nearby towns and restaurants. Hotel items will be in USD but many shops in Sayulita accept both Pesos and USD.
Punta de Mita and Sayulita are both very casual towns. The cobblestone streets in Sayulita are a little uneven so keep this in mind when choosing footwear (i.e. ladies think flats, sandals and short block heels). May is generally warm with no rain as it's the end of Spring. The days average between 75-85 degrees with some humidity.
Central. 2 hours ahead of PDT & MST and 1 hour behind EST.
