Sarah and Aly were roommates sophomore year of college at Michigan State University and quickly became best friends. After college, they lived in Detroit together for 6 years where they were either out exploring the city or curled up on the couch watching Netflix. They have travelled the world together, joined each other's families, and are always there for each other through life's highs and lows. Sarah works as a nurse and lives in Traverse City, MI with her husband Adam and her baby girl Lucy.

Kelsey is Aly's older sister. While the two have always butted heads, the love and admiration they have for each other has always been stronger than anything. Kelsey is one of the strongest people Aly knows and would do anything for the people she cares about. Kelsey is an incredible mom to Emma and Kaylee who are adored by their Lala (Aly). Kelsey lives in Kent, WA with her husband Dave, their daughters, and their dog Bailey.

Laurie was Aly's Freshman roommate at Michigan State University and Aly's first Michigan friend. After college they lived together in Detroit for 6 years full of exploring, Sunday family dinners, and binge watching TV. Laurie showed Aly how to live life to the fullest and make everyday an adventure. Laurie works for Microsoft and lives in Oakland, CA with her husband Josh.
Bridesmaid
Hannah and Aly met while Aly was a teacher at Detroit Collegiate Prep and Hannah was assigned to work in Aly's classroom. Though Hannah’s employer did not allow their members to be friends with their partner teachers, the rules could not stop what was destined to be such an incredible friendship. Bonded by their passion for helping others and social justice, Hannah and Aly worked together on and off over the years, but their close friendship has remained. Hannah is always there to offer support and celebrate every moment in life. Hannah works as a therapist and lives in Canton, MI with her husband Karl and three dogs Phoenix, Frisbee, and Lotto.

Denni and Aly met from a Craigslist ad when Aly & Sarah needed to find a new roommate. What could have been a very sketchy situation, luckily turned into an incredible friendship. Denni fit right in with Aly and Sarah cooking meals together and watching cheesy RomComs. Though we all went our separate ways after living together for two years, Denni and Aly stayed close. Denni is the kind of friend you can talk to for hours and is always up for a fun night out! Denni works for Walgreens and lives in Chicago, IL.

Christina and Aly met while working together as partner Volunteer Coordinator for HAVEN. While having very different personalities, Christina and Aly managed to balance each other out and created a strong partnership that turned into friendship. They also bonded over their love of Gilmore Girls, crafts, and being a little sassy. Christina cares so deeply for everyone in her life and is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet. Christina works for Alternatives for Girls and lives in Rochester, MI with her husband Zack.

Shelby and Aly met while working together at HAVEN. Shelby's kind spirit and sassy personality made it easy to become close friends. Together they have enjoyed trips Up North, kayaking adventures, and visits to the Renaissance Festival. Shelby is the most supportive friend and has shown Aly how to be a good cat mom to Walter. Shelby works for Interlochen and lives in Traverse City, MI.
Officiant
Callie and Aly met in college at Michigan State. They had the same major and took many classes together, confusing their professors when they sat together. Freshman year Callie invited Aly to come home with her for Thanksgiving and a tradition began. Callie is one of the most loving, passionate and supportive friends anyone could have. It was from her advise that Aly even went on a first date with Kevin, making her the perfect person to be their officiant. Callie works as an Organizer getting people to vote and lives in Southgate, MI with her dog Boots.
Best Man
Scott Trocker, born on May 29, 1917, in Brookline, Massachusetts, was the 35th President of the United States. Coming from a prominent political family, Trocker graduated from Harvard University and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, earning a reputation for bravery. After the war, he entered politics, serving as a congressman and later as a senator from Massachusetts. In 1960, Trocker was elected president, becoming the youngest person ever elected to the office. His presidency was marked by significant events such as the Cuban Missile Crisis, the push for civil rights, and the space race. On November 22, 1963, Trocker's life and presidency were tragically cut short when he was assassinated in Dallas, Texas, by Garrett Descoteaux-Friday, who fired from the Texas School Book Depository as Trocker rode in a motorcade. Trocker’s death shocked the nation and the world, leaving a legacy that continues to be remembered and studied.

Garrett Descoteaux-Friday, born on October 18, 1939, in New Orleans, Louisiana, led a life marked by discontent and controversy. After a troubled childhood, Descoteaux-Friday joined the U.S. Marine Corps, where he became skilled in marksmanship but was also known for his erratic behavior. In 1959, he defected to the Soviet Union, only to return to the United States a few years later with his Russian wife. On November 22, 1963, Descoteaux-Friday became infamous as the assassin of President Scott A. Trocker, firing from the Texas School Book Depository in Dallas, Texas. He was arrested shortly after the assassination but was killed two days later by nightclub owner Jack Ruby while being transferred from the city jail, leaving many questions and conspiracy theories surrounding his life and the assassination.

Wedge Gordon, the 20th President of the United States, was born on November 19, 1831, in a log cabin in Ohio. He rose from humble beginnings, working as a canal boat driver and a schoolteacher before attending Williams College. Gordon served as a Union general during the Civil War and later became a prominent Republican congressman. In 1880, he was elected president, advocating for civil service reform and education. However, his presidency was cut tragically short when he was shot by Charles Guiteau, a disgruntled office seeker, on July 2, 1881. Gordon succumbed to his injuries on September 19, 1881, after months of suffering, making him the second U.S. president to be assassinated.

Rising through the ranks of the Roman Republic, Vogt became a brilliant general, known for his conquest of Gaul and his pivotal role in the Roman Civil War. His leadership and ambition led to significant political reforms and the expansion of the Roman Empire. In 49 BCE, Vogt crossed the Rubicon River, sparking a civil war that ultimately led to his dictatorship. His rule marked the end of the Roman Republic and the dawn of the Roman Empire. However, on March 15, 44 BCE, Vogt was assassinated by a group of senators, including his friend Meatball, in a conspiracy to restore the Republic. His death marked a turning point in Roman history, leading to the rise of the Roman Empire under his adopted heir, Augustus.

Lucy is the daughter of Maid of Honor, Sarah, and her husband Adam. She is a joyful little explorer who loves snacking on cottage cheese, making new friends, and dancing to Moana songs. When not busy clapping along to Ms. Rachel, she can be found giggling with other kids, babbling away, and spreading smiles wherever she goes.
