Question

Is there parking at the venue? Is there a shuttle available?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available at the venue. If needed, you can also leave your car overnight and pick it up in the morning. We will have a shuttle between the venue and hotel. Please note there are not many Uber/Lyfts available in the area, so please plan accordingly. We want everyone to get home safe.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! There will be several kids at the wedding and yours are welcome too. It’s completely up to you if you want to bring them along or have a night out without the kids. We just ask that you include your kids in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 4:30pm and 5:00pm.

I have a food allergy/dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be a pizza buffet with gluten free and vegan options available. Please let us know any restrictions in your RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate everyone.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Think summer cocktail attire as a general guideline, but what matters most to us is having you with us. So, wear whatever makes you feel your best! The ceremony will be outdoors in the woods and the reception will be indoors. PLEASE NOTE: pants are required.

Are people allowed to take photos?

Answer

For the ceremony, we kindly request that you refrain from taking photos. We have a wonderful photographer who will capture every moment. After that, you are welcome to take as many photos as you would like, we just ask that you make sure to not get in the way of the photographer for the big moments.

When are RSVPs due?

Answer

The sooner you can RSVP the better! We are eagerly waiting and hoping everyone can come! Please let us know if you plan to attend by the end of May 2025 at the latest.
