Roche Harbor Marina Activities
There's no better way to experience the San Juan Islands than by the water. From kayaking, whale watching, boat cruises, to paddle boarding there are a ton of activities right at the Roche Harbor Marina!

It wouldn't be a trip to the Pacific Northwest without some oysters and Westcott Bay Shellfish Co. offers the best of the best (with waterfront views to match). A favorite of the bride and grooms, we highly recommend a visit.
Downtown Friday Harbor
Friday Harbor is one of Washington State's most beautiful travel destinations! Enjoy the bustling downtown area, filled with restaurants, shops, wine tasting rooms, ice cream shops and bars! Be sure to check out the local farmers market on Saturday from 9:30am - 1pm located at the Brickworks Building (150 Nichols Street, Friday Harbor, WA 98250).
The Whale Museum
Located in Friday Harbor, you can learn about the local orca whale pods, whale anatomy, and other Salish Sea inhabitants. A San Juan Island favorite of Jerry's (father of the bride)!
Lime Kiln Point State Park
Lime Kiln State Park is one of the most beautiful spots on the Island with its iconic lighthouse, whale watching platform and 2.5 mile hike to the namesake lime kiln. August is prime whale watching time and you may see some orcas swimming by!
English Camp, San Juan Island National Historical Park
Located a short drive from Roche Harbor on relaxing Garrison Bay, English Camp is comprised of historic buildings from the British encampment of the 19th century Pig War conflict. If you're up for a hike, walking up the 650-foot Young Hill offers panoramic views from the Olympic Mountains to Canada’s Gulf Islands.
Pelindaba Lavender Farm
Pelindaba Lavender Farm, spread over 25 beautiful acres with lake and Olympic Mountain views, has become one of the San Juans' most popular visitor destinations. More than 200 lavender-based, botanical, culinary, personal care, therapeutic, household & pet care products are handcrafted and sold on-site.

Locally crafted on scenic San Juan Island in the idyllic town of Friday Harbor, San Juan Island Brewing Company (SJIBC) is your local, independent craft brewery serving traditional Ales and Lagers that represent the delicate balance of flavor and drinkability. Serving SJIBC Brew along side exceptional Wood Stone fired Pizza, Burgers, and other Pub style offerings. Worth a visit, for sure!
