Covid-19 Important Information for every foreign passenger

All foreign passengers age 10 and over must present a negative test (PCR or Antigen) in migration no more than 3 days prior to the check-in at the airline and proof of complete vaccination with a minimum administration of two weeks before your trip. · We recommend to exchange your dollars in Banks in Antigua Guatemala or in the Currency-exchange office at the airport. · ATMs are available in most of the hotels or all over Antigua Guatemala. · Credit cards are accepted in hotels and restaurants. · The Currency may vary by the time of your visit but approximately is: Quetzal (Q) Q7.85 = US$1 Some places accept dollars cash but you may get a better deal by paying in quetzals.

What will the weather be like in November?

Guatemala is called the land of the eternal spring, meaning there's good weather most of the year. November is an excellent weather month to visit Guatemala, the climate is comfortable and the temperature normally varies between 14°C to 24 °C (57°F to 75°F) Bring warm clothing, especially if you’re planning on going to tours. Bring short sleeves and shorts for the day and jackets and jeans for morning and night.

How do I get around Antigua?

Antigua, Guatemala is a small city and you can visit it walking so you can enjoy every store, restaurant, park, ruin, etc. Most of the streets are cobblestoned and we recommend packing a pair of comfortable walking shoes. Since Antigua Guatemala is a small city, renting a car is not necessary.
