This is where the entire wedding weekend will be taking place. From check in to check out, there is no need to leave the property, unless you want to explore the surrounding area. Accommodations include small cottages and hotel style rooms in the main lodge. Guests will be placed into cottages by the bride and groom to ensure that all guests are placed together with their friends or family members. Book your room by following the steps below: 1- go to www.hawkesdene.com/guest-payments/ 2- fill out your name and the additional required information 3- select “yes” for “have you been invited to attend a wedding or event at Hawkesdene” 4- specify your arrival and departure dates 5- select “Kelsey & Kenny- September 26, 2026” as the couple 6- fill out your payment information and submit a one time payment of $350 per person ($700 per couple) 7- agree to the terms, then click submit 8- now your accommodations have been reserved for our wedding! The one time payment is a flat rate regardless of your arrival and departure dates. This will cover your room, food, and drinks for the entire weekend. There will be no additional cost to you once you arrive at Hawkesdene.

Flying to Hawkesdene
Hawkesdene has multiple airports within driving distance. Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia is 150 miles (about a 3 hour drive) from Hawkesdene. Asheville Regional Airport in Asheville, North Carolina is 100 miles (about a 2 hour drive) from Hawkesdene. McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville, Tennessee is 83 miles (about a 2 hour drive) from Hawkesdene. Note: Hawkesdene is relatively remote. If you plan to fly in to a local airport, you will need a rental car or to carpool with other people flying in. There are no ride share apps to get you from Hawkesdene back to the airport on Sunday. There is ample parking at Hawkesdene for your rental car.

Driving to Hawkesdene
Considering making a road trip? Hawkesdene is a 550 mile drive (about 8 and a half hours) from St. Louis. There is plenty of parking for guests on the property. Once you are on the property, you are free to drive your car around but it is likely not necessary. You can park your car at your cottage or in the main parking lot and walk to the majority of the activities.
