We will have a welcome cocktail hour followed by a welcome dinner. All are invited! Please RSVP to this event if you will be arriving at Hawkesdene on Thursday. Even if you are arriving after dinner, we can have a plate set aside for you! Dinner will be served buffet style. We will be serving chicken and pork tenderloin. No meal selections are required. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in the response to Saturday night’s dinner, and we will ensure that your needs are accommodated throughout the weekend.

Attire: Whatever you are comfortable in! Stretchy pants for yoga. Sneakers for kickball. Your fastest outfit for relay races. Comfy shoes for a hike.
Details are still being sorted out for Friday, but plan for a fun filled day! Breakfast (buffet) will be served from 8:30am-10am, and lunch (buffet) will be served from 12:30-2pm, with snacks and beverages available in-between. We plan to have a morning yoga session, kickball game and relay races after breakfast, more field day style activities after lunch, and a group hike to the Hawkesnest for happy hour drinks.

Attire: Dressy Casual
Everyone is invited to the Rehearsal Dinner! We will have a cocktail hour, followed by dinner, dessert, and songs by the campfire. Please RSVP to this event if you will be at Hawkesdene on Friday (for any part of the day). Dinner will be served buffet style. We will be having a Smokey Mountain BBQ, with pulled pork and beef brisket. No meal selections are required. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in the response to Saturday night’s dinner, and we will ensure that your needs are accommodated throughout the weekend.

Let the wedding day festivities begin! Brunch (buffet) will be served from 10am-noon. There will be a light breakfast available from 8am-10am for any early risers, as well as snacks and beverages available after brunch up until the wedding ceremony. After brunch, feel free to explore the property, get to know other guests, or rest up before the ceremony!
3:30 pm
Attire: Semi-Formal. There will be a short walk from the ceremony to the cocktail hour/reception venue that is along a gravel road. So re-think the stilettos, or bring some sandals to switch in to for the walk!
The ceremony will take place in front of the front gates at the main house. A cocktail hour will follow on the back patio of the reception gallery.
5:00 pm
Attire: Semi-Formal, but bring your dancing shoes!
The reception will take place in the Gallery from 5pm-11pm! We will have dinner, drinks, and dancing, and expect everyone to join us on the dance floor. Dinner will be plated, and we will need your meal selection in advance. Please choose from the following: Airline Chicken Breast, Norwegian Salmon, or Filet Mignon. Please indicate if you have any dietary restrictions that we should know of for the entire weekend.

Join us for an after party at the pavilion and fire-pit! Late night snacks will be served to fuel up after all the dancing!
