This hotel is between our ceremony and reception space and very centrally located downtown. It's also one of the only hotels we'd recommend. If you're interested in other options, we highly advise taking a look at Airbnb's.

A more cost effective, mom & pop style motel right across from the beach and a three minute drive to downtown.

Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport
Alpena is quite far away from Detroit, about 4 hours, but this is the biggest airport with the most affordable options.

An airport much closer to Alpena, and ten minutes from where I currently live. This is about halfway between Alpena and Detroit.
