Residence Inn DFW Airport North/Grapevine

This will be our main hotel block for guests looking for a place to stay in Grapevine. Our "Welcome Room" will be here ;) All rooms are King Suites and sleep 4 (with a queen pullout). Breakfast is included. Rooms are available Jan 9- 12, 2025. When making your reservation, be sure to change your requested dates to Thursday through Saturday or Sunday, depending on your plans. Otherwise, the reservation link will say there are no rooms available. The last day to book within our discounted block is Tuesday, Dec 10, 2024. There is a free shuttle service to and from DFW airport. Call the hotel for details and to coordinate. The Residence Inn will also set up a free shuttle to the Laurel for the celebration, if desired.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Grapevine DFW Airport North

For those who prefer Hilton Hotels, there is a courtesy block at the Embassy Suites. This is across the (very large) Bass Pro parking lot, from the Residence Inn. There is no shuttle service for this hotel, and there is an additional parking fee of $15/day. Of course, you can enjoy free breakfast and cocktail hour :) These rooms are held for us in courtesy and will book first come, first served....meaning the Embassy won't necessarily hold them for us until December. If you prefer to stay here, book early. The last possible day to book these rooms is December 12, 2024. Rooms can be booked for January 9-12, 2025.

Dallas Love Field is approximately 20 miles from Grapevine, Texas. The primary airline in and out of this airport is Southwest.

Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport

DFW International Airport is 4.4 miles from Grapevine (the location of the wedding). It is easy to find a shuttle or Uber from the airport to the hotel, if you so choose.
