It is Winter and now we know it will be cold with likely snow! Formal/wedding attire is preferred. But please be warm and cozy!

What is the bar situation?

Answer

We are happy to offer an open bar! There will be non-alcoholic options, beer, wine, margaritas, and liquor. You may bring cash for tips if you want, but not necessary.

How far is between the hotel and the venue?

Answer

For those traveling from out of town, the hotel and venue are 1.4 miles apart, approximately a 4 minute drive. We tried to make it easy if you are driving or ride sharing!

Is there parking available at the Laurel?

Answer

Yes! There is an ample parking lot and complementary valet parking at the Laurel for our event. You may also leave your vehicle overnight, if needed.

Can I come to the rehearsal dinner?

Answer

The rehearsal for the wedding party will be held at the venue on January 9th. The rehearsal dinner is for the wedding party, the wedding party's guests, and limited immediate family at 6pm. If you are not part of the rehearsal dinner, we will see you soon!

Sam and Cassie are preparing their suite so you can stop by, have a drink, grab a snack, and hang out with family and friends!

Are there menus options if I have dietary preferences or restrictions?

The dietary requests that you previously submitted with your RSVP have been addressed. We've got you covered. See you soon!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation said "and Guest" then, yes! Otherwise, we are looking forward to seeing you solo.

When do I need to submit my RSVP and what do I need to do?

Thankfully, we are already waaaaay past this!

Are children invited?

Answer

Yes! We love your children and are happy to have them join the ceremony and reception. Please only bring them if you have already RSVPd with their information.
