Pacifico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, Sufi Ocean Club, Sea Breeze Club and El Surf Club are all accessible inside the Gates of Punta Mita. If you are staying in a condo or villa inside the gates, you should have access to all the beach clubs (check amenities for club membership). These are all accessible with a golf cart. Google maps (usually) can get you to these beach clubs. IMPORTANT: If you are going to El Surf, make sure your cart is charged.
There are two Jack Nicklaus golf courses inside the resort. Please visit their websites for golf rates and ensure your residence has a golf membership.
Tuna Blanca is right outside of the gates, a short 5-minute golf cart ride into town. Highly recommend making a reservation in advance if you wish to dine here. This is the most high-end restaurant in the Punta de Mita area.

Not really something to do, but we just wanted to make you aware there is a market inside Punta de Mita Village that you can access with your golf cart. Some private residences will also go grocery shopping for you before you arrive. This market is smaller than what we are used to in the US, but they have everything you would need -- meats, breads, dairy, fruits, frozen foods, canned goods etc.

This is the BEST time of year for whale watching. You will probably see whales from the shore (most commonly on the Kupuri beach club side of the bay) sometime during your stay, but if you'd like to see them up close and personal we recommend taking a boat trip. You are (almost) guaranteed to see multiple whales this time of year. There are plenty of tour groups that offer this in Punta de Mita village or inside the Punta Mita gates.
If you're interested in a full day or 1/2 day trip to a boho beach town, Sayulita is a good option. It is about 30min from PM. The best way to get there is to hire a driver. You can use the same company we recommended for airport transportation.
