This hotel is approximately 10-15 minutes away from the venue, no freeway. Our exclusive discounted rate only applies during May 2 - 5, 2024. This does not mean you are required to stay during those specific dates. For example) Check In May 4, 2024 and Check Out May 5, 2024 is perfectly acceptable. Shuttle To and From Hilton Hayes Hotel

We would love for you to celebrate and party with us without worrying about a designated driver. We have coordinated a shuttle for guests staying at the Hilton Hayes Hotel. At 3:30pm the shuttle will drive hotel guests to the wedding venue then 11:10pm to drive them back. Meeting in front of the hotel / venue.

Full Open Bar - Drinks are on us because no great story ever started with a salad! Lyft / Uber is highly recommended, if you are not a Hilton Hayes Hotel Guest taking the shuttle.

ARRIVAL Let the gate security know you are here for Rahaf & Kenai's Wedding and be ready to provide them with our online wedding invitation on your phone. DEPARTURE If Lyft or Uber is picking you up, inform the driver, they need to let the gate security know they are picking up guests from Rahaf & Kenai's Wedding.
