Transportation Hilton Hayes Hotel Guests Shuttle time is 3:30pm to drive hotel guests to the venue, 11:10pm to drive back to the hotel. Arrival Let the gate security know you are here for Rahaf & Kenai's Wedding, be ready to provide them with our online wedding invitation on your phone. Plenty of parking. Departure If Lyft or Uber is picking you up, inform the driver, they need to let the gate security know they are picking up guests from Rahaf & Kenai's Wedding. Unplugged Ceremony We are asking all phones, cameras, and devices to be turned off and put away during the ceremony. Sit back, relax, and enjoy this special moment with us. Our wonderful team of professionals will capture our ceremony and we promise to share them. After this, feel free to use your phones to capture this special day!
