1) Click on RSVP in the Navigation Menu 2) Type your name, click on continue 3) Click on select 4) Read the event details and fill out the RSVP If you need to edit your RSVP at any time, follow Steps 1 - 3, then scroll to the bottom to click on "Edit RSVP"

Formal Attire Only. Please DO NOT wear mauve rose, white, or any color close to white.

We have dedicated rooms for you at exclusive rates in the Hilton Hayes Hotel near our wedding venue. Book your room by clicking on VIEW in the Travel Tab in the Navigation Menu. VIEW contains a customized link for our wedding guests. See more information in the Travel Tab.

Will there be transportation to and from the Hilton Hayes Hotel?
Answer
Yes! We would love for you to celebrate and party with us without worrying about a designated driver. We have coordinated a shuttle for Hilton Hayes Hotel Guests. The shuttle will arrive at 3:30PM in front of the hotel to drive hotel guests to the wedding venue and 11:10PM to drive hotel guests back to the hotel.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes, it will be a Full Open Bar - Drinks are on us because no great story ever started with a salad!

Is the ceremony unplugged? What is an unplugged ceremony?
Answer
Yes, we are asking all phones, cameras, and devices to be turned off and put away only for the ceremony. Sit back, relax, and enjoy this special moment with us. Our wonderful team of professionals will capture every moment of our ceremony and we promise we will share them. Feel free to use your phones and capture this special day after the ceremony!

Yes, this is to streamline the event and make traveling more convenient for everyone!

Do you have a wedding registry?
Answer
We can’t wait to celebrate our wedding day with you! Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you wish to contribute in another way, we would gratefully appreciate a cash gift for our honeymoon and future together. We've set up secure cash funds in the Registry tab but there will also be a gift box the day of the wedding.

Adults Only Although we love your kids the venue cannot accommodate all of them due to restricted numbers. We hope you take this opportunity to take a night off, party, and celebrate in style!

Can I bring a Plus One?
Answer
Unless they are on your RSVP, the venue cannot accommodate for all our guests to bring a guest of their own.

I have a dietary restriction and/or food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
After you click "Will Attend" in your RSVP, there will be an option to select your dinner. If you have any other dietary restrictions and/or food allergies you wish to inform us about, feel free to utilize the notes section.
