The ceremony is indoors. The reception has outdoor spaces that will be tented and floored.
There are many rentals available on Lake Martin, though some may be a substantial drive from our wedding events. Properties in Parker Creek, Alexander City, Eclectic, Equality, or Willow Point are nearby. If using a website such as VRBO or Airbnb, we suggest messaging the owner and asking how far they live from SpringHouse before booking.
Lyft is in Alexander City; however, there are fewer drivers than in larger cities. Do not rely on Lyft as your only mode of transportation, allow for ample wait-time for your driver to arrive, and consider carpooling. Uber has not yet made its way to Lake Martin.
Shuttles will run from The Hampton Inn (leaving at 5:30 PM) and Willow Point Country Club (leaving at 6:00 PM) for the reception. Transportation back from The SpringHouse to Willow Point and the Hampton Inn will run back and forth as needed from 8:30-10:20 PM.
There is parking at Children's Chapel and SpringHouse. We recommend carpooling and GPS'ing your route beforehand, as cell reception may be spotty.
