Sayulita is filled with luxury villas and rental homes that we think make for an ideal opportunity to find your style for the ultimate escape. These homes offer a range options for beachfront access, oasis pools, private chefs, or jungle views to complete your dream vacation. Sayulita Life (www.sayulitalife.com), Airbnb, and VRBO provide the best options for finding great rentals. Many of the houses are a part of larger complexes if you want to link up and form a larger group. The link provides a map of many of the top rentals with different filter options.

The Boho-Chic Traveler

Sayulita consists of boutique hotels and doesn't have any major resorts. Sites like SayulitaLife.com will be more useful in searching for places than Priceline or Expedia. Below are a few hotels we recommend: Casablanca Sayulita: located on the north end of the beach with a main house and 14 villas. It is far away enough from the town’s noise, but close enough to walk to at night. Hotel Villa Amor: a beautiful collection of villas offering 1 to 3 bedroom options on the south end of town. The property has a range of amenities and is beachfront. This hotel has a lot of stairs and no elevators. Hotel Playa Escondida: calling all bachelor in paradise fans... this is one of Sayulita’s few luxury resorts. The hotel is on its own small beach on the opposite side of Sayulita’s small peninsula so you will have to cab to and from town for all of the events.

The Resort Type

Because Sayulita doesn’t have any major western style resorts you will have to travel south towards Puerta Vallarta for luxury resort options. Punta Mita (25-30 min south of Sayulita) offers a range of luxury hotel options including the Four Seasons, St. Regis, W Hotel, etc. It is possible to arrange for a driver or get a cab for any event a if you would prefer to stay at one of these options.

Rowdy Party-Goers

There are several small, comfortable, and not-too-expensive hotels and rental houses available in downtown Sayulita, at all price levels. Just keep in mind that this town stays up late and most bars and restaurants are open air so it can be loud at night.
