We encourage our guests to rent a car so they can explore Winter Park's countless outdoor activities freely! If you don't wish to rent a car, there are shared shuttles you can schedule from the airport to Winter Park and vice versa through Grand Mountain Rides (link included below) or Home James.

We have a hotel block with Gravity Haus. Please use the link below and book by August 6th as availability is limited. Gravity Haus is a newly renovated, cozy boutique hotel with inviting social spaces and comfortable rooms. It’s conveniently located a 15 min walk from the Headwaters Center and along The Lift route. NOTES: The discounted rates are available from Friday, September 6th – Monday, September 9th. We've created a Wishlist on Airbnb that has lodging near our reception and welcome party locations, Headwaters Center and Winter Park Pub. This list can be filtered down for groups of 6+, but feel free to peruse similar proximity for smaller groups. If hesitant on location, please reach out to Conor or Kelsey to confirm.
Shuttle
UPDATE: Town Shuttle (The Lift) from the Town of Winter Park to Winter Park Ski Resort

We encourage our guests to drive to the ceremony and reception (overnight parking + lodging within walking distance). Unfortunately, the Lift Bus schedule after Labor Day is too infrequent to rely on for wedding day festivities. This is still a great option for getting around town leading up to wedding day, however, please note it only runs once an hour. Download The Lift app to find shuttle times and stops.
