I never got a confirmation from Gravity Haus after booking, what should I do?

Answer

Since this is a hotel block, guest names have not been released to Gravity Haus yet. If you have questions, concerns or adjustments related to your booking, please reach out to Kye at Kye.Lyles@EngagedSourcing.com.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the Gondola at 2:45 to begin the uploading process. At the top you will find a coach bus to take you to the secluded Lunch Rock venue. No need to arrive any earlier, but please be prompt.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately due to limited space, we are not able to have kids attend. We apologize as we would love to have everyone join, but thank you for understanding.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Mountain Chic - cocktail attire with a mountain twist, think earth tones, florals, flowy with bolo ties encouraged! Inspo for Men: Denim and Khakis, with rugged button ups, bolo ties, optional hat and sport coat

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

In lieu of a traditional registry, we've made the choice to do cash funds for our Honeymoon and Home Improvement projects. If you so wish to contribute, you can find the funds on our Registry tab. We are so grateful for all of you making the effort to travel to Colorado to be with us on our special day!

UPDATE: Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We encourage you to drive to the ceremony and reception, as there is overnight parking at the Headwaters Center. The Lift bus schedule is too infrequent after Labor Day to rely on.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please call out any food restrictions when you RVSP. We should be prepared to meet all dietary restrictions.
