Erin is Kelsey's sister, best friend, travel partner, hiking buddy, and her newest role: Maid of Honor. Not only did we survive growing up together - through Ed's cooking, sharing clothes mishaps, and getting our wisdom teeth pulled together - we have also explored all over the world together. From the mountains of Colorado to the wineries in Mendoza to lakes in Croatia and the streets of London — where Erin calls home while working for the premier league team Crystal Palace (yes, she’s officially cooler than everyone else at the wedding). Make sure to ask her about Ted Lasso (IYKYK). She’s the ultimate hype woman, comedian (was voted "funniest" and "most likely to pee her pants from laughing so hard" on our Patagonia and Mount Blanc hiking trips), and the one who will be making sure Kelsey is not freaking out moments before she walks down the aisle.

Alex and Kelsey met at Duke University and not only survived medical school together, but also survived 3 years as roommates... which officially makes her family. She spent an impressive 13 years at Duke (yes, really), so if you have any Duke-related questions (or any unsolicited sports opinions), she's your person. However, she's really a California girl and Detroit Lions fan at heart - maybe this year will finally be the year for them! Alex and Kelsey still make time for concerts, roller blading, couch hang outs, and travel. Ask them about the time that they got lost in India and it turned into the best meal of their lives. On the wedding day, Alex will be the one making sure the party vibes are bumping all night long!

Alison and Kelsey met during residency, where Al and her husband Paul (pictured here as an honorable mention) welcomed all of us to Houston and helped us build a sense of community. They were our expert Houston tour guides—especially when it came to tracking down the best beer and queso. This power couple also basically taught Kelsey how to be an adult: fixing Kelsey's car bumper with zip ties, making the perfect popcorn or homemade pizza, wakeboarding, and picking out the best bottles of red wine. All very important life skills. On the wedding day, Alison will be the one keeping Kelsey grounded and reminding her that nothing that bad could happen as compared to her and Paul's outdoor backyard wedding in the midst of a very last-minute torrential thunderstorm.

Brianna and Kelsey met freshman year of college when the stars aligned and they were randomly assigned as roommates in the dorms. Unsure of each other at first, it took about an hour of living together to realize we have the same taste in music, love to have fun, and were destined to be best friends. Not only did we survive freshman year in very tight quarters—with our room quickly becoming the designated hangout spot—we went on to live together all 4 years of college. Brianna truly became like a sister to Kelsey. We have taken countless trips together over the years, including a six-week backpacking adventure through Europe. I'm sure you can imagine our stories are endless. We are known to end our nights at the Karaoke bar singing one song in particular... IYKYK. On the wedding day, Brianna will be bringing all the energy and party vibes. You’ll definitely find her on the dance floor!
Brienne Eggert

Brienne and Kelsey met in college, living just a few doors down from each other on their freshman dorm floor. Brienne is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, and they quickly bonded over dogs, reality TV, and choosing which pair of hoochie heels to wear out at night. They lived together all four years, surviving everything from mechanical bull rides to a “ghost attack” in their apartment—thankfully, Brienne’s now-husband Josh "heroically" scared it away by throwing a book against Kelsey's door. Since college, Brienne has visited Kelsey in North Carolina and New York, and Kelsey even met up with her in Paris while Brienne was working the World Cup. Brienne has traveled all over the world for sporting events, be sure to ask her about it! On the wedding day, Brienne will be the one keeping everyone (including our dog, Koda) calm, cool, and collected.
Dianne Babcock

Diane is Collin’s sister and the youngest in the Babcock family. Her and Kelsey met at an Illenium concert, and have hung out a few times since in Milwaukee, Nashville, and Colorado. Kelsey quickly learned from Diane that a strong work ethic and competitive spirit run in the Babcock family - you definitely want to be on her, Irene's, or Collin's team during game night! Diane lives in LA, works in the jewelry world, and loves all things beach and sunshine. She was one of the creative eyes behind Kelsey's engagement ring (and she nailed it!). If you need any jewelry advice - she is your girl. Diane will definitely be bringing the hype and laughs on the wedding day!
Gohar Manzar

Gohar and Kelsey met during intern year and survived five years of residency together. This included NYC for a year (during which COVID started.... ask her about our crazy stories), moving from NYC to Houston together, and 4 years in Houston. We were both single for most of the journey, which meant we had plenty of dating disasters together along the way... Eventually, both Gohar and her spouse and Collin and Kelsey all started dating around the same time, though it took Collin a few extra years to pop the question :). Gohar is the friend who hypes you up, makes you smile, and makes sure you are well fed with either her famous butter chicken or by force feeding you dessert at every meal. On the wedding day, she will be bringing happy tears, big hugs, and all the feels!

Erin and Kelsey met during medical school and became fast friends during our surgery rotation, where we were put to work running all sorts of med student errands—grabbing bags of blood, counting gallstones, and sprinting up and down stairwells. Nothing like a little med student “hazing” to forge a lifelong friendship! We have countless funny stories from med school, but the highlight might be the time we got stranded at a winery in the middle of nowhere, Virginia… though there are worse places to be stranded. Kelsey was always third-wheeling with Erin and her now husband, Scott, but now they have a new third wheel- baby Henry! On the wedding day, Erin will be the one keeping Kelsey relaxed and will make sure she has everything she needs for the big day!

Kelsey and Kelsey (yes, the double-Kelsey duo!) met freshman year of college when they lived just a few dorm rooms apart, and then went on to live together all four years! Beyond sharing a name, they bonded over their love of sports—you truly haven't lived until you’ve been woken up by Kelsey R at 6 am on game day with blasting music and full-volume hype. We also shared the best halloween costume (IMO) of college: the camel from the hump day commercials. Ask us for a picture! Kelsey R has a huge passion for animals and the environment, and she now works on the marketing team at the Brookfield Zoo in Chicago. Follow her on instagram to see lots of cute animal pictures! Lauren and Kelsey met while interviewing for residency, where everyone constantly mixed us up, and then become close friends during residency in Houston, where everyone continued to mix us up. She’s Kelsey's sister from another mister - we have many similar interests from our jobs to hiking/camping in Colorado to traveling abroad. Kelsey, Collin, Lauren, and her husband Michael spent an unforgettable week in Norway together, chasing the midnight sun, hiking to incredible views, and eating amazing fish soap. Ask them about the Cod's Tongue (hike... not food)! On the wedding day, Lauren will be bringing her contagious smile and all the laughter that she brings wherever she goes!

Shannon is Collin’s middle sister, who Kelsey first met on a beautiful mountain hike in Seattle. Shannon moved to the Midwest (Detroit) around the same time as Collin, so it has been fun having her and her husband Quinn nearby. Shannon and Kelsey even share similar career passions with Shannon working in medical genetics! Shannon recently got married and it was so special for Kelsey to be part of her bachelorette party in Nashville and the special day in Colorado Springs. Having just planned her own stunning wedding, Shannon is the perfect person to help Kelsey wrangle the Babcock crew on the wedding day!

Shay and Kelsey met at the first social event right before med school started and have been pretty much inseparable ever since - whether we’re traveling, going to concerts (one highlight being Beyoncé last year), or just showing up for each other like it’s our job. We even spent a month together on an away rotation exploring Cape Town and Moshi, Tanzania (ask Shay about the night with the monkey invasion...)! Kelsey and Collin are super excited that she is joining them in the Midwest this year for her fellowship at Mayo. On the wedding day, she’ll be making sure Kelsey is having a fun time and that her look is flawless and flirty, just like Shay's famous eyes :).
