We cordially invite you to help us kick off the wedding weekend! We suggest eating dinner before, but come expecting drinks, desserts, good company, and a game or two :). There is a food truck at the brewery if you want dinner or a snack during the event. The Barrel is about a 20 minute walk from the Stanley Hotel. There is also parking nearby the venue if you do not plan on drinking any alcoholic beverages.

Cocktail Attire
Help us celebrate our love and marriage at the Wild Basin Lodge! The Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception will all take place at this venue. This is an indoor/outdoor venue, so please bring jackets as needed (umbrellas are provided at the venue in the case of inclement weather). The ceremony is a 3-minute walk down a dirt trail, so wear appropriate shoes (we recommend avoiding stilettos, or at least bringing a different pair to change in to for the walk!). Reminder: there are NO Ubers / Lyfts in Estes Park, so we will have shuttles picking up and dropping off guests at The Stanley Hotel: 3:15 pm MT: The Stanley Hotel Shuttle Pickup If you would prefer to drive, you are welcome to! There is free overnight parking at the Wild Basin Lodge for you to utilize (must pick-up the next morning by 10:00 am). If you choose to drive, but are unable to safely drive home, please take the shuttle service back and we can help you get your car in the morning!

For any guests who want to keep the party going, we will have an after party at the Wheel Bar, a classic dive bar in Estes Park (and the only establishment open past midnight)! Shuttles will be dropping off at the Wheel Bar following the wedding, and one shuttle will be available until 2:00 am to take guests back to the Stanley Hotel whenever you are ready to leave.

Keep the celebration going! Join us the day after the wedding for a relaxed brunch with good food, drinks, and lawn games. Please feel free to come and go as you are available! The cabin is a 10 minute drive from Estes Park, so we highly recommend consolidating into rental cars with friends and driving together. Additionally, the cabin is minutes from the Longs Peak trailhead and the Lily Lake trailhead- two awesome spots for hiking for anyone looking for some activity!
