South Yuba River
The South Yuba is a state protected Wild and Scenic River. There are many trails and swimming holes to explore. We recommend the 'Independence Trail' for starters.
Lake Tahoe
Where we met! Lake Tahoe is world renowned for its beauty and only an hour from Nevada City. If you would like to make the trip, we highly recommend it.
