You'll want to fly into Denver International Airport (DIA), which is about 40 minutes away from Boulder. To get to Boulder, we suggest renting a car, taking an Uber or utilizing one of the many RTD shuttle buses that go directly from DIA to the Downtown Boulder bus station.

We have a discounted room block at the Embassy Suites Boulder, conveniently located in the central Boulder area. For larger groups traveling together, there is a triple/quad-specific room rate with a larger discount on suites. Please book by Wednesday, Aug. 17th at 5 pm MST. Complimentary breakfast is included, along with a daily happy hour from 5-6:30 pm in the Brickstone Bar for hotel guests where two complimentary beverages will be provided. We will have a shuttle bus available from the venue back to the hotel after the wedding has concluded.
