When should I RSVP by?

Please RVSP by July 15th.

Are kids welcome?

We love your kids, but we kindly request that you leave them at home for this event.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you received an invitation with a "guest" addressed on the envelope, then by all means bring that snack along!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a hotel discount at the Embassy Suites Boulder, please see the Travel & Accommodations page for details!

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

We will be providing shuttles from the venue to our After Party and the Embassy Suites after the wedding. We recommend you take an Uber to the venue for the wedding. You may also drive and park your car overnight until 10 am the following morning.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot behind the venue available to guests. If taking an Uber, please ask the driver to bring you to the back of the venue down the dirt road and drop you off in front of the barn. They will be able to turn around in the guest parking area. If driving yourself, you are able to park and leave your car in the parking lot until 10 am the following morning.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can arrive at the venue starting at 3:30 pm so that you can grab a drink, find a seat and be ready for the ceremony to start at 4 pm. *Don't worry, we're keeping it short and sweet so we can get on to the important stuff ;) Please give yourself ample time to get to the venue, especially if you are taking an Uber as it may take your driver a few minutes to make their way down the dirt road to the ceremony site.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

There is an option for your pasta to be gluten-free, if you would like to make this request please email kelsey.norten@gmail.com by July 15th.
