Things To Do

We recognize there will not be a lot of time to explore our town, but if you are going to try, here are a few of our recommendations.

Georgia Aquarium

225 Baker Street Northwest, Atlanta, GA 30313
, (404) 581-4000

Great location for kids and adults alike. The exhibits are changing all the time so it's worth a second visit if you have been there already.

World of Coca-Cola

121 Baker Street Northwest, Atlanta, GA 30313
, (404) 676-5151

Taste the refreshing taste of Coca-Cola from around the world.

Chick-fil-A College Football Hall of Fame

250 Marietta Street NorthWest, Atlanta, GA 30313
, (404) 880-4800

This is still on our bucket list but hear it's amazing! Would be a timely visit with the college football season around the corner.

Piedmont Park

400 Park Drive Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30306
, (404) 875-7275

Walk or run in Piedmont Park which is a huge green space in Atlanta. It connects to the Beltline path.

Ponce City Market

675 Ponce De Leon Avenue Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30308
, (404) 900-7900

Ponce City Market is a new-ish destination walking distance from Kristin's house. It is a renovated historic building. If you go, don't forget to check out the views and activities on the rooftop - the location of Kristin and Justin's first date.

Atlanta Botanical Garden

1345 Piedmont Avenue Northeast, Atlanta, GA 30309
, (404) 876-5859

Something is always blooming in Atlanta. Check out the botanical gardens in our urban setting.

Georgia Tech

177 N Ave NW, Atlanta, GA 30313

Stroll around the place where Kristin and Justin studied. There is a path called the Pi Mile where you can walk 3.159265359.... miles and see the campus.

Atlanta History Center

130 West Paces Ferry Road Northwest, Atlanta, GA 30305
, (404) 814-4000

Learn about the history of Atlanta in this gorgeous museum!

Fernbank Museum of Natural History

767 Clifton Road, Atlanta, GA 30307
, (404) 929-6300

The Fernbank is a great place to see an Imax movie or to check out the exhibits.

Stone Mountain Park

1000 Robert E Lee Boulevard, Stone Mountain, GA 30083
, (770) 498-5690

Stone Mountain Park is home to trails including one that reaches the top of the mountain, museums, kids play area, water sports, golf and many more activities. Just outside Atlanta, this is a popular destination for Kristin to cycle.
