Our dress code is semi-formal. We want everyone to feel comfortable but polished — think elevated cocktail attire. For women: Midi or knee-length dresses, jumpsuits, or dressy separates (heels or dressy flats both work!) For men: A suit or dress pants with a button-down and sport coat — ties are optional but always welcome. *Please no white or denim

We kindly ask that you keep your phones tucked away during the ceremony. Nothing kills the magic (or the professional photos!) quite like a sea of screens — and we’d much rather see your faces than the backs of your phones. Once we say “I do,” snap and share away to your heart’s content!
Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, this will be noted on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
We have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We plan to hold the ceremony outdoors on Lawn, overlooking the bay. Cocktail hour will follow outdoors beneath a sailcloth tent, with the reception taking place inside the hotel ballroom. Since it’s October in Newport and the ocean breeze can bring a chill, we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap to stay cozy. In the event of poor weather, all festivities will be moved indoors so the celebration can go on seamlessly.
Yes! We’ll be celebrating with a full open bar — plus a few signature cocktails crafted just for the occasion. Come thirsty and ready to toast!
