El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá
To get to your hotel/airbnb from the airport, you can take a yellow cab by finding the taxi line by walking left as soon as you exit the terminal. Ignore anyone who comes up to you who says "Taxi?". You will need to have Colombian pesos to pay and the name and address of your hotel ready to show the driver. Distance from the airport to the hotel should be about 25-30 minutes (depending on traffic) and about 30-40 mil pesos ($8-11 USD). Uber also works in Colombia! If you want Pedro and Kelley to book a driver for you to come pick you up, please let us know! You can also check out the website "Colombian Buddy" as they arrange drivers as well.

JW Marriott Bogota, Calle 73 #8-60., a 5 start hotel Hilton Bogota, Carrera 7 #72-41, a 4 star hotel HAB Hotel, Carrera 5 #58-07 - a cool boutique hotel with a fun cafe Airbnb and other hotels - if you are interested in staying in an Airbnb or another hotel, try to look in the same general area as these hotels. Also please feel free to ask Pedro or Kelley if you want us to take a look at your airbnb location! The meeting point for the wedding transport (and walking tour transport as well) will be in this general neighborhood. This neighborhood is also walking distance to the best restaurants and nightlife in the city!

Getting Around the City
The best way to get around Bogota is to use an app to call a car or cab—either Uber or EasyTaxi. Hailing a cab from the street is not recommended for tourists. Walking around is fine, but after 9pm take a taxi or Uber!
