For anyone in town Friday evening, we're planning an informal meet up at a local bar. Feel free to come and go as you please (cash bar). We'd love to see you before the big day. The bar is in walking distance of Statler and select other downtown hotels. Limited street parking is also available. If you're running on the later side, we expect the night to end at Ruloff's.

Ceremony & Reception

4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Cocktail/Garden Attire: long or short dresses are both good for women, suits for gentlemen. The ceremony will be held on the lawn so please keep that in mind when choosing footwear.

Ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by a tented reception. We will provide a bus to the venue for guests with pick-ups at Best Western and Statler Hotel (see below for timing). Uber, Lyft and taxi services are available if you’re unable to catch the bus, but please remember to leave extra time, because Ithaca often has a longer wait for pick-ups. If you prefer to drive, there is ample free parking available at the venue. Bus Schedule 3:30 PM: Bus pick-up at Best Western 3:45 PM: Bus pick-up at the Statler Hotel, first entryway circle across from Barton Hall 9:30 PM: First bus departs venue, with drop-offs at Statler Hotel and Best Western 11:00 PM: Last bus departs venue, with drop-offs at Statler Hotel and Best Western

Sunday Brunch Picnic

10:00 am - 12:15 pm

We'll be picnicking at a pavilion in a nearby park with light bites and refreshments. Everyone is welcome to stop by and stay as long as you'd like to hang out. Food and drinks will be provided.
