Things To Do
Frye Island is a place where summer means something. Tucked in the middle of Sebago Lake, this little seasonal community has been bringing families together for generations — no stoplights, no rush, just sandy beaches, a 9-hole golf course, a cafe by the water, and 22 miles of dirt roads best explored by golf cart. Kids ride bikes until dark, everyone knows each other's name, and the whole island gathers to watch fireworks over the lake.
We currently have one speedboat, paddleboards, and a jet skis, and plan to rent a pontoon. There are golf carts available to rent to fly across the island.
On Frye Island: Relax on one of 12+ sandy beaches, play a round at the Frye Island Golf Club (a scenic 9-hole course — no tee time needed), or grab lakeside food at Frye's Leap Cafe. Don't miss sunset from the west-side beaches with views of the White Mountains.
