Foresta Lumina
A beautiful and ethereal walk through a light show experience. Very highly recommended! A warning to some: there is a walk over a suspension bridge - if you are weary of heights, this could pose an issue. Children under the age of 8 may also find this a tad scary.
Ben & Jerry’s
If you are renting a car and brought your passport, the 2-hour drive to Stowe, Vermont is quite beautiful. There are many other things to do in the area including the Von Trapp Family Lodge and tea house!
Explore the Micro Breweries of the Eastern Townships
There are many micro breweries across the Eastern Townships of Quebec. Some of our favourites include Le Ciboire in Sherbrooke, 11 Comtés in Cookshire, Le Memphré in Magog and a favourite of the bride (where she used to drink underage) The Golden Lion Pub in Lennoxville!
BLEU LAVANDE
Pack your own picnic and see (and smell!) the beautiful lavender fields. Chances are, you already own some of Bleu Lavande's products in your home!
Zoo de Granby
A family friendly option and a fun day trip. Granby Zoo is about a 45 minute drive from Sherbrooke.
Mount Pinacle
For the outdoorsy type - Mont Pinnacle is a nice hike up one of the beautiful mountains of the Eastern Townships. Note for those coming from the West Coast: we use the term 'mountain' loosely.
