FAQs

Check back here closer to the date for more FAQs as they come in to the bride and groom.
Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

The bride and groom have too many children in their family for kids not to be invited. Kids are welcome but we'd also love for you all to be able to let loose. We are hoping to have babysitters available on-site for the reception.

Question

What is a "Donation Bar"?

Answer

We are doing a donation bar - our take on a "Toonie Bar". What this means is throw some money in the pot and enjoy drinking whatever you please for the night. We're doing it this way because we don't want your pockets to have to jingle with Toonies and loose change all night long. Again, please don't drink and drive!

Question

Do I have to speak French to visit Quebec?

Answer

The Eastern Townships are historically Anglophone but it's never assumed that everyone speaks English. You shouldn't have any issues in Lennoxville as it is an English university town. If you wander outside the Lennoxville bubble, you may want to dust off that high school French you used to know. If there are any issues or concerns, please let the bride and groom know and they'll help you out!
