Toowoomba Airport

There are limited flights to Toowoomba Wellcamp Airport from Melbourne, Sydney, Townsville and Brisbane. The airport is serviced by a shuttle, taxis or rideshares like Uber. There are also hire cars available with Avis, Budget, Europcar, Hertz and Thrifty. Gabbinbar Homestead is then just a short 15-20 minute drive from the airport.

Train

Public Transport

Public transport options to Toowoomba are very limited. There is a train, but it only departs Tuesdays and Thursday and takes almost 4 hours. However, there are Greyhound and Murrays buses that depart Roma Street Transit Centre daily. This trip takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. For those of you who will driving from Brisbane, the journey is approximately 90 minutes.
