Please RSVP by 12th November 2020. The easiest way given the current AusPost delays is via the electronic RSVP function on this website. Otherwise, there is a traditional RSVP card with the invitations.
We have worked hard to create an intimate celebration that includes all of our closest family members and friends, so we ask that you come solo unless we know your other half well. We will specify all invited guests (including allocated plus 1's) on the invitation. And who knows, we have a lot of attractive single friends so maybe you'll go home with a date ;)
To allow all wedding guests (including parents) an evening of relaxation and revelry without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we respectfully request that children under the age of 18 years do not attend. We thank you for your understanding, and hope you take this opportunity to have a night off, let your hair down and celebrate in style! If you can’t swing a babysitter and find you can't attend without your little ones, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate them.
You may arrive any time from 3:00 pm, for a prompt 3:30 pm ceremony start time. Please do not arrive any earlier than 3:00 pm
There is onsite parking for up to 150 cars, and the car park is less than 100 metres from the ceremony area. You are able to leave your car there overnight and pick it up in the morning if you get too merry! Taxi and Uber services are readily available.
Business/Dress Casual or Cocktail attire. Ladies – this is easy, you know what to do! Just pop on a dress, blouse with a skirt or dress pants, or a pansuit (for the trendier among us). Finish it off with a nice pair of comfortable shoes you can boogie down in (sandals, flats or heels - whatever your preference) and you're done! Gentlemen – I feel sorry for you son, because you’ve got 99 dress codes and it’s hard to know which one! Business/Dress Casual generally means jackets are optional and certainly not required as part of a matched suit. This means you can jazz it up with a blazer/sports jacket and tie if you wish, but otherwise whack on a pair of slacks/chinos (not jeans) and a collared shirt with dress shoes and you’re good to go!
It's probably best to avoid wearing stilettos that have a thin heel, as you might have some difficulty walking along the gravel paths. Tim and I will be off duty, so sprained ankles beware! We are also having a garden party before the reception, so you might end up aerating the lawn and playing an impromptu game of stuck in the mud!
By all means, snap some selfies, spread the love and post to your socials! Please use our hashtag #KeepCalmAndMarryMason so we can look back on all the festivities. We have also designed a Snapchat Geo Filter. However, we do ask that during the ceremony you are fully present with us and do not have your mobile phones or cameras out. We will happily share the moments captured by our photographer during the ceremony.
We understand there is a lot of uncertainty in the current climate. If you are unable to make it for whatever reason, our venue has kindly offered to provide a live-stream of the ceremony.
