Can we bring our kiddos to the wedding?

Answer

We love kids! In order to make this wedding happen and fit into a venue that would have us, we have a soft "adult only" policy. However, with the not-so-advanced notice of this wedding, we don't want childcare to be a hurdle; if it makes more sense for you to bring your kiddos, please just reach out.

Will there be shuttles?

Answer

You bet! A shuttle will be provided from the Clarion Hotel, and we're working on setting up a stop in Stamford for people staying at houses in that area. Please note that only the shuttle departing after the after party (11:45pm) will make the return trip through Stamford.

Question

Should we book an AirBnB or a hotel room?

Answer

Totally up to you. Fall weekends at a house in "the country" are the best and there are lots of Airbnb's available if you want to rent a house. We will plan to have shuttles pick up from the Clarion Hotel and make a stop on Main St. in Stamford, NY to pick up people staying in houses near there. Please note that only the After Party shuttle (11:45pm) will make a stop there on the way back.

Is this is an inside or outside venue?

Answer

Great question, with a complicated answer. The ceremony will be outside (weather pending) and the reception will be both indoors and outdoors. We will have heaters, but still recommend that you dress in layers as the Catskills fall temperature can be unpredictable.

Will we see lots of horses and cows on our trip?
