What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to St. Elizabeth's Church no later than 1:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm. Guests who are late will be held outside the Church until the wedding processional has completed.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep phones and cameras away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Our photographer is amazing and we also have several designated videographers - so make sure to wave when you spot them! We promise to share photos afterward!

Where can I park at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking, including Handicap parking at both the Church and Brantwyn Estate. We will also offer a complimentary shuttle between the hotel and the reception at the beginning and conclusion of the night.

What’s the dress code?

Answer

We’d love for guests to dress in formal attire and would encourage black-tie attire. This includes long dresses or elegant evening wear for women, and suits, jackets, or comparable formal wear for men. We intend to look our very best and would love for you to feel like your finest self too!

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We wish we could invite everyone, but we’re keeping the guest list intimate. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear on your envelope.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved a hotel block at The DoubleTree with a group rate. You can find the booking link on our wedding website under “Travel.” The hotel and venue are only 20 minutes from the Philadelphia airport for those traveling in via plane for our special day.

Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be indoors, with the reception taking place both outdoors and indoors. Cocktail hour (weather permitted) will be outside, as will the First Dance and speeches. Guests will then be seated inside for dinner. We suggest bringing a light layer or jacket just in case.

What should I do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We recommend checking into your hotel or visiting Home Base, an American Sports Bar, located next to the hotel. Guests who arrive to the venue early will not be allowed inside but accommodated outside on the Upper Terrace. Shuttle service will begin at 4:15pm.

Will there be transporation to the reception?

Answer

A shuttle service will begin at 4:15pm from the DoubleTree to the venue, Brantwyn Estate. The shuttle holds approximately 32 people per trip and will complete two trips. Shuttle service from the venue back to the hotel will begin at 10pm through the conclusion of the evening.

What time does the evening end?

Answer

We’ll dance the night away until about 11pm, when we’ll have our send-off.

Can I buy something that’s not on your registry?

Answer

Of course! We’re grateful for any thoughtful gift — the registry is just a guide for what we’d find most useful right now.
