Ceremony

Please arrive no later than 1:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm. Guests who arrive late will be held outside the church until the bridal party processional has been completed. The ceremony will include a full Catholic Mass. We invite all our guests to participate to the level they are comfortable with. Thank you!
Shuttle Transportation
4:15 pm - 10:30 pm

The shuttle will transport guests from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the evening. Service to Brantwyn Estate will occur at the entrance to the Double Tree Hotel at 4:10pm, 4:50pm, and 5:30pm. Please note the shuttle can only hold 32 passengers per trip. Cocktail hour begins at 5:00pm. Uber and Lyft are available locally. Shuttle service will resume at 9:10pm, 9:50pm, 10:30, and 11:10pm. As noted, only 32 passengers will be allowed per trip. Please plan accordingly. Uber and Lyft are available locally.
Reception

Please dress in formal attire (black-tie optional, but encouraged). This includes long dresses or elegant evening wear for women, and suits, jackets, or comparable formal wear for men. Please refrain from wearing stilettos as cocktail hour will take place outside on the Upper Terrace Lawn. Please be mindful of the weather and bring a coat if necessary.
