Comfort Suites Golden West on Evergreen Parkway

We have reserved a room block for 8/1/24 - 8/4/24 at the Comfort Suites in Evergreen for our guests. To facilitate your reservation, please note the following guidelines the hotel shared with us that will assist in streamlining your reservation within the group block: - The group will cut off at midnight on 6/30/24. To obtain availability and the group rate, please make your reservation prior to 12:01 AM on 6/30/24. - You must call the hotel directly at 303-526-2000 and ask for "Reservations". Please tell reservations that you wish to make a reservation for the Greenbaum-Brown group. -*Please note that check-in time is 3:00 PM. It is difficult for the hotel to accommodate early check-ins so please plan accordingly. an early check-in fee may apply if check-in is needed prior to 3:00 PM. Please consider arriving the day before if necessary for your planning. -The hotel requires a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will be preauthorized for a one-night room and tax 3-7 days prior to the date of your arrival. If there is a problem processing your card, the hotel will attempt to contact you by phone and/or email, allowing you 24-48 hours to contact us with a valid credit card. If we do not hear form you by the specified deadline, your reservation will be canceled as "non-guaranteed" and may be reinstated based solely on availability. -If you are unable to keep your reservation, or if you have a chance of arrival or departure date, you must contact the hotel to cancel at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid a late cancellation penalty of one-night room/tax. Rental Car

Note on Rental Cars

If possible, we recommend renting a car if you are flying into town. We will be providing transportation the evening of the wedding and after party, however, it will provide you more flexibility on days surrounding the wedding. Please note that Uber and Lyft are fairly limited in Evergreen.

Hotel

The Eddy Taproom & Hotel

While we don't have a room block at this hotel, it's a great alternative option to the Comfort Suites. The Eddy Hotel is approximately 40 mins away from Evergreen Lake House.
