We met during our freshman year at the University of Colorado when we rushed the same co-ed, business "fraternity" (it was as cool as it sounds). It took a couple of years for Alex to recover from Keaton's Superman pajama speech in front of the fraternity, and we finally started dating in 2017. We traveled the world, survived a pandemic, got a cat (or a raccoon, we're not totally sure), and found life was brighter with each other.

Love is patient, and so are we. After a mere six years, Keaton secretly plotted with his friends for a beach proposal at the end of our vacation in Hawaii. We spent the morning scuba diving, and while "taking some pictures" before dinner at Sunset Beach in Maui, Keaton got down on one knee and absolutely nailed the speech (at least that's how he remembers it). Alex said "Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god", eventually "YES!", and we were engaged! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Evergreen!
