What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:45pm for a champagne welcome.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot at Sunnybrook where you can leave your car overnight. Please also note that we have a shuttle service that will be making one stop in Downtown Roanoke and one stop in the Hollins area both before and after the event.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! In order to let our guest enjoy their night to the fullest, we've arranged a transportation bus that will pick up from multiple hotels. Stay tuned for more details!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Join us for an elegant night in the garden in formal attire. The event will be both indoors and outdoors. The most important garb is your best dancing shoes!

Think of our wedding as a chance for a grown-up getaway! We’ve decided to keep the event adults-only and hope you can enjoy a night out celebrating with us.

What is the weather like this time of year?

Answer

The weather in Southwest VA can be all over the place. It's likely we will see temperatures anywhere from 65-80 degrees, with a drop off in temperatures at nighttime.
