Question

COVID Guidance

Answer

Kealey & Brandon are looking forward to their wedding and are hopeful with the vaccination roll out, that their wedding can be mask-free. To help with this, we are requesting for all guests to be fully vaccinated prior to the wedding. We appreciate your thoughtfulness in honoring our wishes.

Question

How do I get to the top of the mountain for the ceremony?

Answer

The Aerial Tram, located right within the Olympic Village, will be reserved to take guests from the base to the top of the mountain for the ceremony, and back down for the reception. The tram is entirely enclosed (with glass windows & breathtaking views) and can carry up to 100 passengers. Even those afraid of heights should feel safe and secure while climbing 2,000 feet!

Question

Wildfire Concerns

Answer

The Caldor Fire is on the opposite side of the lake from our venue, so our wedding location is currently safe and unaffected other than some smoke in the air. As of 10.9.21, the Caldor fire is 98% contained. We are praying for rain and/or snow, and so thankful for the men and women working tirelessly to save the homes and businesses in South Lake Tahoe. We will keep a close eye on the situation, and update our guests / adjust the ceremony accordingly. Your health & safety is our top priority.
