Most importantly, we want everyone to be comfortable. The weather may be unpredictable and there is uneven ground. The ceremony is outdoors, and the reception is outdoors but tented. We're calling this "Autumn Cocktail Attire"—think sweaters and fun boots. If there's a tweed jacket or wool skirt waiting in your closet, this is its day! Update: The month-out forecast is calling for a high of 53, low of 41, with no wind or precipitation.
We're expecting many out of town guests, so you're not alone! Please contact Katie or Brandon if you want to share a car rental or carpool to Red Feather Lakes. We'll find a way to get you there and back. This applies to accommodation, too. We also highly recommend the airfare watching app Hopper to keep an eye out for deals.
Yes, there is parking right next to the reception field and ceremony site. From Red Feather Lakes Road, look for our wedding signs and follow the long dirt driveway to the parking lot.
Yes! We won't have dedicated childcare, but this is a weekend for all ages. Reach out to Katie or Brandon if you have any questions about kid-friendly essentials.
