Join us for a relaxed cookout. Bring your favorite recipes, photos, or stories of family and friends to share. We are so grateful for all the offers to help with preparations. For those who are game, we may have some easy DIY projects for food and decor for the next day.

Saturday Pre-Party
8:00 am - 3:30 pm
You're welcome to arrive early to play yard games, walk the trails, and even fish. This will be a great day to pack a picnic and explore, or just catch up with friends and family. Be warned: this wedding is not a spectator sport, so you might also be conscripted to arrange table settings... We'll have light refreshments throughout the day and spaces to change before the party truly gets started.
Wedding & Reception
4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Autumn Cocktail Attire: We want you to be cozy and comfortable for our outdoor wedding, which includes walking on grass and uneven ground.
Music and drinks in the reception field start at 3:30pm before a stroll through the aspens to the ceremony. Following, we'll have hearty grazing tables as well as drinks, dancing, and stargazing if the sky is clear. Several camping sites are available next to the reception field so that no one has to drive home Saturday night.
