Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please send your RSVP as soon as you can! The latest we can accept your response is February 3rd. If we do not receive a response by this date, it will be marked as “Not attending.” We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we must promptly provide the total guest count to the venue, and we cannot accept late RSVPs past this point. We hope you understand.

Question

What if I do not RSVP?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP from you, we will not be holding a seat for you. Make sure you let us know if you will be attending or not to ensure there will be space available for you! *The RSVP deadline is February 3rd!*

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Absolutely, but just like everyday.. you made them, you watch them. If you don’t plan on attending to your children, arrange childcare beforehand to enjoy a kid free night. We will not be providing childcare and any damages that occur due to unsupervised children will be the responsibility of the parent(s).

Question

Where is my plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, they appear under your name when you RSVP. If someone cannot attend on your list, please note this does not mean you can replace them with a separate guest in their place.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We ask that you join us in looking our best, if that includes jeans for you, jeans it is! There will be pictures taken throughout the ceremony and reception, so do make sure you are clothed! Although we do not request a certain color, if you show up wearing white … we don’t mind paintballing.. but you will be promptly asked to leave the venue.

Question

What is the food situation?

Answer

In place of a meal, we will be having a dessert bar so be sure to bring you sweet tooth!

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, there will be a cash bar with lots of choices available. We will provide alternative beverage options to those not wanting to participate in drinking and for all of those kiddos. ABSOLUTELY NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES, you will be removed from the facilities whether it’s willingly or forcefully.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 7:00 PM, we ask that you arrive around 6:45 PM for parking and seating. If you arrive late, we ask that you wait to enter until after our bride has finished walking down the aisle to find your seat.
