Can I park at the ceremony site?

Answer

No. There is parking at the downtown Cannon River Winery location and you will take the bus to get to the ceremony site.

What if I am running late?

Please call the Cannon River Winery and they can hold the bus shuttling to the ceremony site. Abby (Event planner) - 651-240-2368

Where is the ceremony and how do I get there?

Answer

It is located at the Cannon River Vineyard. To get there go to the Tasting room of the Cannon River Winery located downtown Cannon Falls, MN. There will be school buses to shuttle guests to and from the vineyard.

Answer

It is located above the tasting room at Cannon River Winery.

Is the reception handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes. There is an elevator to get to the reception room. The restrooms at Cannon River Winery are also handicap.

Is the ceremony handicap accessible?

Answer

yes and no. To get to the vineyard/ceremony site there are actual school buses that are not handicap accessible. There will be a few stairs to get on the bus. If you need to access to the ceremony parking lot because you can not take the bus let us know ASAP! Also if you would like to request a handicap port-a-potty at the ceremony site let us know ASAP so we can request one.

Are there restrooms at the vineyard/ceremony site?

Answer

Yes, but they are port-a-pottys. So unless you want to use them in your fancy outfit make sure to go at the tasting room prior to boarding the bus. As far as I know they should be pretty clean. Regardless, pee at the winery before boarding the bus, especially since we are doing a wine pour in the vineyard after the ceremony.

Is there a place to get out of the hot August sun or possibly rain in the vineyard?

Answer

The historical barn is an open sided barn and it does have a roof to provide some shade and shelter from possible rain or sun.

Question

Will there be an alternative ceremony site for bad weather?

Answer

From what we have been told, we may just move the timing back depending on when the weather will hit. If it is so bad that we need to hold it inside, you will sit at your dinner tables and we will get married where our head table is in the reception hall.
