Air Travel

The closest airport to Crest Mountain is Asheville Regional (AVL) airport. It's approximately 25 minutes from the venue and 20 minutes from the Crowne Plaza Hotel (where our room block is located). This airport has direct flights from St. Pete (PIE), Sanford (SFB), and Fort Lauderdale (FLL). Connecting flights from Charlotte Douglas (CLT) airport are also available if needed.

This is where our room block for the event is being held. If you plan on booking here, please do so early so we can get a better idea of how many rooms we will need. A shuttle service will be provided from this location to and from the venue as well, but it's only a five-minute drive if you wish to get there another way. Use the link below to access our group rate, or call the hotel directly or visit their website and enter the code below. There are three room options available: two queen beds, one king bed, or the villas. The villas are two-bedroom cabins with a small kitchen and living area. This is a great deal for larger families or groups of friends wishing to share and it's only $50 more a night! To book a villa, please call the hotel directly at (828) 285-2635. This number will also need to be used if you are booking for extra nights beyond the Friday/Saturday of the room block.

Village Hotel on Biltmore Estate

If you're looking to make this trip a little extra special, this is definitely one way. Staying on the actual Biltmore property gives you free access to the grounds for length of stay and is a nice way to get some extra relaxation in this mountain town.
