HOTEL AND STAY OPTIONS

For your convenience, a block of rooms has been reserved at Hotel Santarena in the town of Las Catalinas from January 16 through January 20. To book using the discounted rate of $475 a night, please email groups@lascatalinascr.com and they will assist you. Should you wish to extend your stay, our discounted rate can be applied three days before and after our blocked dates. Our room block will close on Nov. 16, at which point we will not be able to guarantee your room. Should you wish to stay outside of Las Catalinas, we recommend the following properties that range from $150-$300 a night: Hotel y Villas Isolina Beach (offers transport shuttle services) Bahia Del Sol Hotel (offers transport shuttle services) Airbnb/Vrbo options Please note: If you plan to stay outside of Las Catalinas, you will need to arrange your own transfer to and from the airport and to and from the wedding festivities. If you do a VRBO or Airbnb, please make sure it is in walking distance/short drive. We will provide a couple of reputable car services that we recommend using for safety purposes.

Flight

Liberia International Airport

Please fly into Liberia International Airport (LIR) in the Guanacaste area of Costa Rica. Plan to arrive by Thursday morning/early afternoon. There will be a one hour drive from the airport to Las Catalinas.

Shuttle

Transportation To/From Airport

Everyone will be responsible for booking their transportation to the beautiful town of Las Catalinas. We recommend using our vetted car service - No Limit Adventures Costa Rica. You can email them at reservations@nolimitadventurescr.com to organize pick up and drop off from the airport. We recommend coordinating and booking with other guests you know who are attending to lower costs. Options & pricing: Deluxe SUV Land Cruiser Prado for $165 + tax 13% (up to 3) Premium SUV Ford Expedition for $265 + tax 13% (up to 4) Premium Mini Van Ford Transit or Mercedes Sprinter $265 + tax (up to 10) If staying at the hotel: We recommend utilizing Las Catalinas’ concierge to arrange transportation to and from the airport. You may contact the concierge to book your shuttle by emailing welcome@lascatalinascr.com. They will coordinate a pickup time that works for your date and time of arrival. As a reminder, it will be about an hour's drive from the airport to the town.
