Food and Drink: Charlotte is filled with great restaurants and breweries. Check out our Food and Drinks tab for our recommendations! Outdoor Activities: visit the US National Whitewater Center (kayaking, rafting, biking/walking trails, zip lining), walk around the Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, go golfing (check out our suggested courses in the FAQs), go hiking at King's Mountain, rent a boat on Lake Norman. Indoor Activities: Go Karting at Victory Lane, do an escape room, go to an indoor/simulator golf course (Top Golf, X-Golf), visit a museum or the Discovery Place Science Center (kid friendly), go brewery hopping in South End Charlotte.

Are children invited to the ceremony and reception?
Answer
We love your kids! At this time, however, our ceremony and reception are adults-only. We would love to see your kids throughout the weekend, though. They are welcome at any of our other scheduled events. If you need help finding a babysitter, please let us know!

Can we leave our cars at the venue overnight?
Answer
Yes! Safety is our top priority, and vehicles can be left at the venue until 11 am the following morning. Ride shares can be booked with Uber or Lyft. Guests can also plan to use our complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel blocks. Pickup and drop-off schedules are posted on the Travel Tab.

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Bridal party colors: mauve/dusty rose Groomsmen colors: marine blue suit, gray tie

What if we have a dietary restriction or food allergy?
Answer
Our caterer will work with us in advance to try to accommodate all food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please leave us a detailed note on your RSVP. For questions, reach out directly to Kayla via email at weinstein.ke@gmail.com.

Will alcohol be served?
Answer
Drinks are on us! We will have an open bar, serving beer, wine, and liquor. No shots are permitted at the venue. All guests are encouraged to utilize our complimentary shuttles to and from the hotel blocks. Cars can also be left at the venue overnight until 11 am the next day.

Is smoking/vaping permitted?
Answer
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the building. Please look for the designated smoking areas outside, with provided ashtrays.
