Welcome Reception

5:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.

Please join us for a Welcome Reception at one of our favorite restaurants in Charlotte. Beer, wine, and light appetizers will be served. Free parking available on-site. If parking is full, there are pay-to-park garages nearby. If you are looking to go to dinner afterwards, there are many excellent restaurants in the Southpark neighborhood. Feel free to reach out to us for suggestions! Reservations recommended. **Please note Southpark location!

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Please join us for an adults-only celebration, starting with an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour (weather permitting). Dinner and dancing to follow, inside the temperature-controlled event hall.
